Streetscape Improvements and Façade Renovation Description 
As part of an improvement program to revitalize the declining business and commercial areas along Long Beach Road in Oceanside, Bowne was contracted to provide engineering design and construction management services. The streetscape project provided an enhanced vista through the main Business District on Long Beach Road. The new designs include a tree-lined boulevard with decorative sidewalks, ornamental street lighting and benches for the convenience of the shoppers. Bowne also provided building façade renovations as part of the overall improvement.
