Bowne was responsible for the engineering design for construction of a 1388 GPM Well and Well Pump Station at a new well site including:

	Building construction
	Sodium hydroxide, chlorine and phosphate treatment facilities
	All electrical work including a new electric service, a standby engine generator set and automatic transfer switch
	Mechanical work
	Interior and exterior piping and appurtenances
	Site fencing
	Grading, drainage and paving
	Controls
	Connections to central control center in District Office
