Quality Policy

It is the policy of the Bowne AE&T Group to provide a high professional standard of care and quality service to its customers.

As a commercial business operating in a competitive market, the pursuit of quality service and project deliverables is essential to the long-term growth and survival of the business. We never sacrifice quality of service to gain advantage in other areas. Our customers depend on our integrity, and the level of quality design we provide.

To ensure that all work is carried out in a manner that provides quality service to customers, the Bowne AE&T Group has put into effect a Quality Management System. This system complies with ISO 9001:2000 requirements. The Quality Manual defines this system and the work procedures entailed.

Be completely familiar with and understand all procedures of our Quality Management System relevant to their work for the company.
Follow and comply with the requirements of all such procedures.
