August 2006 New Albany Office Opened By Bowne Bowne Management Systems, Inc. (BMS) announced the relocation of its Albany regional office to downtown Albany, at 39 North Pearl Street, in the heart of the commercial district, as of July 1st. The move reflects the growth of BMS’ business in the region and the need for more space and easier access to state and local government offices. BMS has been serving the Capital/Upstate region since 1999, and has had a local presence since 2004.
