Land Records Viewer
Description  The Land Records Viewer is a one-stop-shop for parcel and land records information.
A public user has the ability to view tax roll data, property inventory records, tax maps,
GIS data, and property photographs via a web browser interface. The Viewer is able to
access both current and historical land records data. Additional functions, such as tax
map plotting and sales data information, are available to internal Assessment Department users.

The Land Records Viewer accesses an Oracle 8i database containing over 400,000 parcel
records and millions of associated land records. This database also stores over 400,000
property photographs, immediately accessible to the Viewer.
